    I mix brown sugar and mustard and rub over a scored ham(I prefer a butt over a shank). I mix pineapple juice (from large can of sliced pineapple) and about 1/2 can Coke with a little more brown sugar and pour over the top. I put the cut side of 1/2 a ham down in a roasting pan before I pour the mix on. I drizzle honey all over it, then I cover it tightly with foil and back LOW....about 300 for several hours (4-6 hours or more!) It almost falls apart (okay sometimes it does).

    I can't wait for the leftovers. Love to fry the ham in some butter and brown sugar, melt some cheese on it and have a gooey messy wonderful sandwich
