    2 racks baby back pork ribs
    3/4 can beer
    7 squirts worchestshire sauce
    garlic salt
    1 lemon
    half bottle of apple cider vinegar
    Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce

    In a large pot, mix beer, worchestshire sauce, garlic salt, cut the lemon in 4ths, squeeze the juice in the pot then put the lemon in also, add the apple cider vinegar and water to cover ribs. Add the ribs, whole. Simmer with no cover for about an hour and 10 minutes, maybe a little longer, until the meat is just about falling off the bones. Then cover with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce and brown on a hot grill for maybe 15 minutes or 20 minutes.
