    Creole Honey Mustard Pork Roast

    Source of Recipe

    BBR

    Recipe Introduction

    Posted by: zee_NV

    List of Ingredients

1 pork roast (again, cheap cuts work just fine)
4-5 garlic cloves (or more, depending on your preference)
1 bottle Emeril Lagasse Creole Honey Mustard dressing (or any other strong honey mustard-type marinade/dressing)

    Recipe

Slice garlic cloves. Poke holes in pork roast and stuff garlic throughout. Place meat into plastic cooking bag and pour 1 to 1-1/2 cups of dressing over meat. Secure bag with twistie and snip three or four holes to allow steam to escape. Place bag in crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Use caution when removing the meat--IT FALLS APART EASILY!! BONUS: Because you cook it in a plastic cooking bag, your crockpot is much easier to clean, woohoo!!
