    List of Ingredients




    10 medium potatoes
    8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 stick butter

    Recipe



    Pare and boil potatoes approximately 20 minutes (until soft).

    While potatoes are boiling, beat cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed until well blended.

    Drain potatoes and gradually add to cream cheese mixture, beating constantly until light and fluffy.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Slice butter into thin slices and layer on top. Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake uncovered in 325º for 20-30 minutes
