    List of Ingredients




    5 to 6 mediumn potatoes
    1/4 lbs. butter (NO SUBSTITUTE)
    1 lbs. bacon,fried crisp & crumbled
    2 cups cubed cheddar cheese
    4 green onions,chopped
    3/4 to 1&1/4cups sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper

    Recipe



    Peel and boil potatoes, drain. Mash butter; add chopped bacon,cubed cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. With mixer going, add sour cream until desired consistency. Add salt and pepper.

    NOTE: These potatoes go well with just about ANY kind of meat
