List of Ingredients
3/4 c sour cream
1 3oz pkg cream cheese
2 tsp chives
1 garlic clove, minced
Dash pepper
4 2/3 c water
1/4 c marg or butter
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 c milk
4 2/3 c mashed potato flakes
Recipe
In bowl, combine sour cream, chives, cream cheese, garlic and pepper; blend well.
In large saucepan, bring water, margarine and salt to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in milk and potato flakes with fork until blended. Add sour cream mixture to potatoes; blend well. Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with parsley.
Recipe can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. Reheat in microwave, or in oven.
12 to 16 servings.
