    List of Ingredients




    1 can (10-3/4 oz.) CAMPBELL'S Condensed Southwest Style Pepper Jack Soup, undiluted
    1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
    4 medium baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    In a bowl, mix soup and sour cream. Layer half of each the potatoes, onion and soup mixture in a 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Let stand for 10 minutes.
    Yield: 4 servings.

    Comments: This was very good, and I'll be making this often.
