    List of Ingredients




    2 large baking potatoes,with skins on
    16 oz. sour cream
    2(4 oz.)cans diced green chiles
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    4 Tbsp. salsa
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. bread crumbs
    paprika for garnish

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes for 30-45 minutes till soft when pierced with fork.Cool slightly and peel.Slice potatoes and set aside.Mix sour cream,green chiles,cheese,parsley and salsa in a bowl.Line a greased baking dish(I used an 8x8)with a layer of potatoes.Top with half the sour cream mixture,then another layer of potatoes followed by the rest of the sour cream mixture.Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and then the paprika.Bake at 325F for 25-30 minutes. Depo!!!
