    3 large potatoes, sliced
    * 1 large onion, sliced
    * 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
    * 3 garlic cloves, minced
    * 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    * salt and pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    Mix mayo, garlic and paprika in a large bowl. Then add the potatoes and onions, and mix well. Now you can either divide the mixture evenly into 6 individual foil packs, or it all cooks nicely in a covered foil pan. Just put on the grill or over coals for about 25 to 30 minutes.

    Servings: 6
