    List of Ingredients




    12 slices bread
    3 cups sugar
    6 eggs
    2-1/2 sticks margarine
    4 c. milk
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract (pure-not imitation)

    Recipe



    Place slices of bread layered doubled in 9 x 13" baking dish. Melt
    1-1/2 sticks of margarine. Beat 4 eggs, add 2 cups sugar, 4 cups
    milk, and melted margarine. Pour over bread. Bake 20 - 30 minutes
    at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Mix 1 stick melted margarine, 1
    cup sugar, 2 eggs, and 2 teaspoon of vanilla. Pour over pudding.
    Return to oven 10 - 15 minutes until set. Turn on broiler and brown
    top until golden brown. Be sure to watch very close, will burn
    easily.
