    List of Ingredients




    Half a 29 oz can of pumpkin( 15 oz can)
    8 oz cream cheese
    1 small box of sugar free vanilla pudding.
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 tablespoon of cinnamon( I used a little less)
    1 teaspoon nutmeg

    Recipe



    Mix all the ingredients above till well blended.
    Serve cold with unsweetened whipping cream ( I sweentened mine with Splenda)
