List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cup cooked rice (not Minute Rice)
3 eggs
2 shakes of salt (about 1/8 tsp.)
1 lg. can Carnation Evaporated Milk
(Not Condensed) -(about 1 1/2 cups)
1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar (sweeten to taste)
2 tsp vanillaRecipe
Beat the 3 eggs, add 2 shakes salt, add milk & water, stir. Add sugar, stir and add vanilla.
Bake in a 2 quart dish (I use 2 qt white oval French White CorningWare dish). Set in a metal cake pan with 1" of water in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
