    List of Ingredients




    8 oz. cool whip
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 TSP. vanilla
    1 cup strawberry slices or blueberries
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 9 inch cracker crust

    Recipe



    Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well. Mash berries and stir into cream cheese mixture. Fold cool whip into cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Chill before serving.

    I have also just made the filling and poured it over a dish layered with graham crackers or vanilla wafers when I did not have a crust in the house.
