    List of Ingredients




    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. flour
    8 medium potatoes, pared and shredded
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. melted oleo

    Recipe



    Combine eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Add onions, potatoes and butter; mix well. Turn mixture into a greased 9-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6-8
