    Recipe Introduction

Posted by: arelabs********I like using orzo. I've served this with my lemon chicken recipe. I've had this recipe for many, many years, and I believe I clipped it from a Good Housekeeping magazine. Really good.

    List of Ingredients

1 lb orzo, or other small pasta
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbs olive oil
    1 cup chopped fresh parsley
    Salt and pepper
    4 Tbs butter

    Recipe

Cook orzo in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Chop garlic. Warm oil in a large frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and cook about 30 seconds. Stir in orzo, parsley, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp pepper and butter. Toss well. Add salt and pepper if needed.

    8 servings
