    Recipe Introduction

these are buttery, soft and good.

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup lukewarm milk
1/2 cup butter, softened not melted
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    4 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

    Recipe

In bread machine pan put all ingredents in as suggested by your manufacturer. (For mine its the warm milk, softened butter and eggs on the bottom with the flour, sugar, salt and yeast on top with the yeast being the last ingredient added) When you have added all the ingredients choose the dough cycle - mine takes 90 minutes start to finish. When cycle is complete, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 24 equal size portions. Shape each roll by rolling them into balls in your hands.

To make small rolls as I do, spray a 13 x 9 baking pan with pam and place all 24 rolls in the pan (yes its a lot and they all just fit) If you want larger rolls, do just as above but use two 13 x 9 sprayed pans. Cover pan(s) and let rise in a warm place 15-30 minutes. If you want them higher or larger let rise longer. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for approx 15 minutes or until golden brown. makes 2 dozen
