    2/3 cup sour cream
    1 cup mayonaise
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp mustard powder
    2 TB sugar
    1/2 cup buttermilk

    Recipe



    Blend all ingredients in blender; let sit 2 hours in refrigerator to develop flavor.
