    List of Ingredients




    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4-1/3 cup wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp dijon mustard
    3/4 cup olive oil
    OR......
    Italian Vinaigrette
    1/3 cup wine vinegar
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp basil
    1-2 drops tobasco
    2/3 cup olive oil
    can add 2 TB of mayonaise for creamy a dressing

    Recipe



    Blend all ingredients in blender. Refrigerate to blend flavors.
