    My favorite is very easy and can be changed for many different types of salad.

    1 C Hellman's mayonnaise
    1/3 C Splenda
    2 Tbsp cider vinegar

    Mix together well.

    Recipe



    Use as above for broccoli salad or lettuce salad. For potato salad I add a heaping Tbsp of yellow mustard and 1 tsp celery seed. For cucumber and onions I add about 1 tsp dill weed
