List of Ingredients
2 pkg instant coconut pudding
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups buttermilk
1 16-ounce Cool Whip
1 pkg fudge striped cookies, crushed
Recipe
Mix pudding and buttermilk. Add Cool Whip and drained fruit and mix well. Add the crushed cookies and mix well. I always keep out some whole cookies to garnish the top. You can used some of the crushed cookies, but the whole cookies look like flowers and make a good garnish too. This is just as good as a leftover as it is the first day its made
