    List of Ingredients




    6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
    1/2 t. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks or tidbits (save juice)
    2 T. lemon juice
    cold water
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2/3 c. cup cranberries (I like to slice them a little)--I buy them during the holidays and freeze them and then use them as I need them still frozen
    1/4 c. celery, diced

    Recipe



    Dissolve jello and salt in hot water. Drain pineapple, but save juice. Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, and enough cold water to make 1 2/3 cups. Add cold water mixture to jello. Stir well. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in walnuts, celery, cranberries, and pineapple. Chill until set. This is perfect with chicken or turkey. The strawberry jello makes the cranberry not so bitter and the crunchiness is great! You can make it with cranberry jello, but I like it better with strawberry
