    List of Ingredients




    6 cups cauliflower florets
    6 cups broccoli florets
    1 small red onion,chopped
    1 envelope { .75 oz.} salad dressing mix-I used A COUPLE Tablespoons Ranch dressing mix powder
    1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
    1/2 cup SPLENDA
    1 pkg.{16 oz.} Hormel black label bacon crisp-cooked,drained and crumbled
    1/2 cup KRAFT SHREDDED PARMASAN CHEESE
    3/4 cup KRAFT SHREDDED CHEDDER CHEESE
    1/3 cup salted shelled sunflower seeds

    Recipe



    In a large bowl toss together cauliflower,broccoli,onions and salad dressing.
    In a medium bowl stir together mayonnaise ,vinegar and sweeterner. Add to vegetable mix. Toss to coat. gently stir in bacon,,Parmesan cheese 1/2 Cheddar cheese and seeds. Sprinkle remaining cheddar on top Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hrs.
    I used graded Parmesan cheese,because I had it.
