    These are awesome!

    Smash up three cloves of garlic with the edge of a knife and mix with 1 1/2 t salt. Spread over one 3/4 lb pork tenderloin.

    Place tenderloin on hottest part of grill- grill for ten minutes, turn cook ten more minutes. It will blacken slightly, but if it gets too dark, turn it onto another side or the end to cook. Remove from grill.

    Slice one white onion and place on a piece of foil and put on the grill for 5 minutes.Remove. Cool five minutes, then slice thinly.

    Using four large flour tortillas, spread each with: 4-5 slices of pork, 1 t spicy brown mustard, 1 sliced small dill pickle, some of the onions from the grill, and one slice swiss cheese(optional). Fold the tortilla in half, so that it is taco shaped.

    Place folded tortillas on grill for one minute on each side.

    Enjoy your excellent meal. It is soooo good!!! It's worth all the preparation I promise
