    Boil until thick
    1 Tb. butter
    1 Tb. flour
    2 Tb. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tb. vinegar
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. 1/2 & 1/2 or cream

    Recipe



    Then add:
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tb. chopped onion
