    List of Ingredients




    1 lg loaf French Bread
    2 8oz pgks cream cheese, room temp
    1 cup mayo
    1 red bell pepper, seeded & chopped
    1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves (I used dried)
    1 0.7 oz pckg Italian salad dressing mix
    1 2/4 oz jar dried beef, chopped-optional (I used it, cause I love it!)

    Slice the loaf lenghtwise, and remove excess dough from the inside to make room for the stuffing. In a med size bowl, combine all of the remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill the hollowed bread with the mixture. Reassemble the loaf, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve, approximately 3 hours. To serve, slice the loaf into 1-inch sections.

    I made mine the day before, and it is delicious! After I chopped my red pepper, I let it set on a paper towel for a few minutes to pull some of the moisture out.
