    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sugar
    2 heaping tablespoons flour
    Salt
    1 pint boiling water
    Lump of butter
    Nutmeg

    Recipe



    Pour boiling water over mixture of sugar and flour; stir until thickened. Add butter and nutmeg to taste.
    I like lots of nutmeg. Sometimes if the water isn't hot enough you have to put the pan over heat and stir for a little longer.
