    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1/2 cup butter
    2 cups boiling water
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon vinegar

    Recipe



    Cream sugar, butter and cornstarch. Pour boiling water over and stir until thickened. After taking from the stove, add well-beaten egg, lemon juice and vinegar. Stir in slowly so the egg doesn't curdle. You can add lemon juice and vinegar to suit your taste.
