    cooking spray or Land O Lakes Spreadable butter to coat pan
    1 can evap skim milk
    1/2 Cup grated parmesan
    Parsley
    chopped green onion
    salt and fresh pepper

    Recipe



    Heat milk, add cheese, parsley [about 1/3 cup], chopped green onion. Add salt and Fresh ground pepper and serve.
    I take and make fetticini, add cooked chicken [rottiserie, left over or canned and cooked broccoli. Toss a salad and add bread for a truly delightful and quick meal
    This has truly saved the day more than once!
