    2 T. butter
    2 T. flour
    1 C. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Melt butter over low heat in saucepan. Blend in flour and salt with a whisk, stirring until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly. Bring to a boil again. Keep stirring until thick. Cover.
