    Recipe Introduction

Pork and rosemary go hand in hand and in fact are a perfect combination in this recipe. Serve it over fusilli, or large shells, so the sauce can stick to the pasta.

    List of Ingredients

    1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
    1 Clove Of Garlic, Minced
    1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
    3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    1/2 Pound Italian Sausage
    1 (7oz.) Can Chopped Tomatoes
    1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
    Salt & Pepper
1 Pound of Pasta of Choice

    Recipe

Cook the onion and garlic in the olive oil until translucent. Remove the sausage from the casings, and add to the onions in the pan. Fry until golden brown. Add the tomatoes, wine and seasonings. Cook until thickened.

Note: If fresh rosemary is unavailable, dried can be substitute with little change in taste. You can also add 1/4 cup of heavy cream to this sauce once it is thickened for a change
