    Creamy Cole Slaw

    1 1/2 cups low fat mayo
    1/3 cup SPLENDA Granular
    3 tbsp finely chopped onion
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp celery seed
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 bag (8 cups) shredded cole slaw mix
    1/2 cup shredded carrots

    Recipe



    Blend mayo, Splenda, onion, lemon juice, vinegar, celery seed, salt & pepper in large bowl. Add cole slaw mix & carrots. Stir well. Chill 2 hours; stir before serving.
    Makes 10 (3/4 cup) servings
    Cal: 80
    Fat: 2 grams
    Fiber: 2 grams
    **We like it, however next time we're going to reduce the amount of mayo (thought it was too much). We used a 16 oz bag of the cole slaw mix.*
