    about 3/4 lb

    1 cup Blue Diamond Blanched Slivered Almonds
    1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 tblsp light corn syrup

    Recipe



    Line bottom & side of 8" or 9" cake pan with aluminum foil (not plastic wrap or waxed paper). Grease foil heavily; set aside.

    In 10" skillet, combine almonds, butter, sugar & corn syrup. Bring to a boil over med heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, until mixture turns golden brown, about 5-6 mins. Working quickly, spread candy in prepared pan. Cool about 15 mins until firm. Remove candy from pan by lifting edges of foil. Peel off foil. Cool thoroughly.
