    List of Ingredients




    makes 16 cups

    3 quarts freshly popped popcorn
    1 cup slivered almonds
    1 cup pecan halves
    1 cup cashews
    ½ cup butter or margarine
    1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup honey
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Toss first 4 ingredients together in a lightly greased 15x10 jelly roll pan
    Melt butter over low heat; stir in brown sugar and honey; bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes without stirring; remove from heat and stir in vanilla; pour syrup over popcorn mixture, stirring until evenly coated;
    Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes; cool completely and break onto pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
