    15 s'mores

    2 quarts popped JOLLY TIME Pop Corn
    15 graham cracker squares
    4 cups miniature marshmallows, divided
    1 cup (6 oz pkg) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    2 tblsps butter OR margarine

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    In large bowl, put popped pop corn.

    In bottom of 13" X 9" baking pan, arrange graham cracker squares; trim slightly, if necessary to fit pan. Sprinkle with 2 cups marshmallows & chocolate pieces.

    In 2-qt glass measuring pitcher, place butter. Microwave at HIGH (100% power) until butter is melted, about 45 seconds. Stir in remaining 2 cups marshmallows until well coated. Microwave at HIGH (100% power) until marshmallows look puffy, about 1 min; stir to melt completely. Pour marshmallow mixture over popped pop corn; mix well. Spread coated pop corn evenly over chocolate pieces in pan.

    Bake about 6 mins until marshmallows are puffy & appear to be melted. Invert pan onto cutting board; cut into squares between graham crackers.
