    about 16 starlets

    1-1/2 quarts popped JOLLY TIME Pop Corn
    1 (14 oz) pkg light caramels, unwrapped
    3 tblsps half-&-half
    1 tblsp butter OR margarine
    1 tsp rum flavoring
    about 48 pecan halves
    1/2 cup ready-made chocolate fudge frosting

    Recipe



    In large bowl, place popped pop corn.

    In med saucepan over low heat, melt caramels, half-&-half & butter, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in rum flavoring. Pour caramel mixture over popped pop corn; toss well.

    On greased baking sheet, arrange pecan halves in groups of 3. Working quickly, spoon heaping tablespoonful of pop corn mixture onto center of each pecan group.

    Into small saucepan, spoon frosting; place over low heat until softened. Spoon over each mound of pop corn mixture. Store in a cool place.
