    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sugar
    1 cup white Karo syrup
    1 cup peanut butter
    1 pkg. (16 oz.) corn chips (like Fritos)
    1/2 cup cashews

    Recipe



    Butter a cookie sheet. Put chips (and nuts, if using) into a heatproof bowl. Combine sugar and corn syrup in saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute until sugar dissolves; add peanut butter and stir until melted and well-combined with the sugar syrup. While hot, pour over chips and toss to coat all chips. Form into small balls or clumps and place on cookie sheet. When cool, store in covered container.
