    10 cups popcorn, popped
    3/4 cup light corn syrup
    3/4 cup white granulated sugar
    1 tablespoon butter
    1/2 jar marshmallow cream topping
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups miniature marshmallows

    Recipe



    Pop popcorn according to package instructions. Pick out the unpopped kernels from the popped popcorn. Place the popcorn into a butter-coated large roasting pan and keep warm in the oven at 300 degrees. In a large saucepan, bring the corn syrup and sugar to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and stir in the marshmallow cream, butter and vanilla extract. Blend well. Remove the popcorn from the oven and pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn, add miniature marshmallows (or anything else you want) and stir, gently coating the popcorn. With damp hands, QUICKLY shape the mixture into 3-inch balls. Wrap each ball in plastic and cool
