    Posted by: karlos_santana **********This potato soup is a bit unusual as it has tomatos. My mother got this from the Kitchen Klatter monthly she used to subscribe to and has been making it since I can remember.

    List of Ingredients




    2 c. diced potatos
    3/4 c. diced onion
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    4 TBL. butter
    4 TBL flour
    2 c. milk
    1 TBL. parsley
    1` c. cooked tomatoes
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. worchester sauce
    1/4 lb. grated cheese

    Recipe



    cook potatoes, onion, celery and 1 tsp. salt in boiling water. Cover and simmer until tender (15 min.). Melt butter and add flour, pepper, dry mustard, worchester, milk and remaining salt. Coook stirring until thickened. Add cheese stirring until melted. Add parsley, tomatoes and heat through
