This really turned out to be such a yummy soup and so easy. This is one I'll definitely be trying again. You could throw so many things in this, broccoli, or sub shrimp for the ham. I did thicken it just a little with arrowroot and added some sliced green onions. Delish!
List of Ingredients
6 c water
7 tsp chicken bouillon granules
1 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese, cubed
1 pkg (30oz) frozen cubed hash browns potatoes, thawed
1-1/2 c cubed, fully cooked ham
1/2 c chopped onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dill weed
Recipe
In dutch oven, combine water & bouillon. Add cream cheese; cook & stir until cheese is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 18-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
