Posted by: LittleSister_MD********This was originally a sauce for a chicken sandwich, but you could substitute cream of mushroom soup.
Depending on what you're serving it with, rosemary could also be a good substitute for the thyme.
List of Ingredients
1 can (8 ounces) mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
2 tablespoons butter
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Recipe
In a small skillet, saute mushrooms in butter. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Heat through but do not boil.
