NATE’S WORLD FAMOUS POTATO SOUP

List of Ingredients
8 unpeeled potatoes, cubed
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks of celery, diced
6 cubes of chicken bouillon
1 pint half and half
1 lb. bacon,cooked and crumbled
1 can cream of mushroom
soup, (10 3/4 oz.)
2 cups cheddar cheese,
shredded
Recipe
In a large stock pot, combine potatoes, onion, celery, chicken
cubes and enough water to cover all the contents. Bring to boil
and simmer on medium heat until potatoes are almost done.
Add the half and half, bacon and cream of mushroom soup; stirring
until creamy. Add cheese and stir until completely melted.
Simmer on low until potatoes are done. Add salt and pepper to
taste.
