    List of Ingredients




    2 med zucchini, chopped
    1 chopped onion
    2 tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. basil
    1/3 cup margarine
    1/3 cup flour
    1 tsp salt
    ¼ tsp pepper
    3 cups water
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
    1 pkg.(10 oz) frozen corn
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 cups cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Sauté vegetables in butter till tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in water. Add bouillon cubes and lemon juice. Boil for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, corn, and milk. Simmer for 5 minutes. Before serving, stir in cheeses.
