    2 pkg. cream cheese ...softened
    1 pkg. regular chipped beef... (Budig) ...chopped in small pieces

    a few green onion tops...sliced thin

    Mix altogether...Chill

    Serve with crackers

    (Get the chipped beef by the lunch meat section in the grocery store.)

    Soften the cream cheese in microwave a few seconds...Easier to mix..

    Our daughters favorite spread...have it every Christmas Eve...Never leftovers...favorite of all...
