    6 carrots 1tsp.pepper
    9 celery stalks 1 lb. butter,melted
    6 onions 3 loafs bread, cubed
    9 eggs 1 pkg. giblets,cooked
    1-1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
    1-1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Grind carrots, celery,onions and giblets. Mix all ingredients together. If too dry add some chicken broth til the right consistancy. Divide into 2-9x12x13 pans. Dot with butter. Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes or til brown. Can also be frozen before cooking.
    I like to make 2 serving packs of this and freeze, then thaw and put in greased pan and bake as needed.
    This is a recipe from my Mother in-law. Her church makes it at thanksgiving time and sell it.
