    4 slices bacon
    2 cups water
    1 can hominy
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Fry bacon, set aside. Add hominy to the fat in
    skillet, cook 5 minutes. Add water, salt and
    pepper. Let simmer until most of water is gone.
    Crumble in bacon.
