    List of Ingredients


    • 9 inch unbaked pie shell
    • 4-5 c. pears (peeled and sliced)
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 c. sugar
    • 1/4 c. flour
    • 1/4 c. butter (softened)
    • 1 tsp. vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
    2. Place peeled and sliced pears in pie shell.
    3. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients.
    4. Beat together with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Pour mixture over fruit in pie shell.
    5. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes
    6. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking until set, about 30 minutes.
