    Sensational Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

    List of Ingredients




    3 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 cup + 1 tbls Half and half, cold
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 1/2 cups Cool Whip®, thawed
    6 ounces graham cracker crumb pie crust
    2 packages (4-serving size) Jell-0 vanilla instant pudding & pie filling
    16 ounces pumpkin
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon ground clove

    Recipe



    1. Mix cream cheese, 1 Tbls.. Half & Half, and sugar with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping.

    2. Spread on bottom of crust.

    3. Pour 1 C. Half and Half into mixing bowl. Add pudding. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.

    4. Let stand 3 minutes. Stir in pumpkin and spices; mix well.

    5. Spread over cream cheese layer.

    6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours

    7. Garnish with additional whipped topping and nuts as desired.
