    No one will be able to resist these savory juicy pork tenderloins. Everyone will be sure to ask for the recipe!

    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds pork tenderloin

    MARINADE
    1/4 cup vermouth
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 tablespoons granulated sugar
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon red pepper
    3 tablespoons ketchup
    2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped

    Recipe



    1. Cut pork tenderloin into two long lengthwise strips.

    2. Mix together the vermouth, garlic, sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, red pepper, ketchup and rosemary.

    3. Rub mixture into meat. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to marinate.

    4. place pork tenderloins on a roasting rack in a baking or roasting pan.

    5. roast at 350°F. for 35 to 45 minutes or until juices run clear when tested.

    6. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into slices. Pour pan juices over meat. Or add a little cornstarch to pan juices. cook for 1 minute to make a sauce.

    7. Serve with rice or noodle and steamed vegetables.
