This is an awesome dressing....serve over mixed greens





List of Ingredients



• 1 1/3 cups Canola Oil
  
• 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
  
• 1/4 cup Apple Juice Concentrate
  
• 2 T Lemon Juice
  
• 1/2 cup Applesauce
  
• Salt to taste
  






Instructions



1. Place all ingredients, except Canola Oil and Salt, in a blender. Blend until smooth.
   
2. Add the Canola Oil in increments, blending between each addition
   
3. Add salt to taste.
   
4. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.

Yields 15 ounces
