    Recipe Introduction


    Peanut Butter Fudge is a great alternative to the regular chocolate fudge. It is sweet and very delicious!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 ½ cups sugar
    • 1 stick margarine
    • 1 small can condensed milk
    • 1 small jar marshmellow cream
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 12-oz bag peanut butter chips


    Instructions


    1. In large saucepan, combine sugar, butter, condensed milk, and marshmellow cream.
    2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a soft boil. Continue stirring and cooking for 5 minutes.
    3. Remove from heat and add peanut butter chips and vanilla. Stir until well blended and chips are completely melted.
    4. Pour into a 13" x 10" x 2" pan you have prepared by coating with butter.
    5. Allow to set for several hours or in refrigerator. Cut into squares.
